3. Independent Providers
Every driver and transportation company featured on the Marketplace functions as a separate, independent business entity.
Individual providers maintain total responsibility for:
- Necessary licensing and permits
- Comprehensive insurance coverage
- Vehicle maintenance and ownership
- Establishing service rates
- Tax compliance
- Management of customer relations
- Booking and scheduling
- Cancellation and refund processing
- Legal and regulatory adherence
Nothing within these Terms establishes an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between Driver Marketplace and any affiliated provider.
4. Customer Responsibility
Users of the platform are responsible for:
- Choosing their specific transportation provider.
- Mentally vetting driver details prior to confirmed booking.
- Directly verifying pricing, schedules, and specific services with the provider.
- Abiding by the individual policies of the chosen provider.
5. Payments
Except where clearly indicated otherwise, all financial transactions occur directly between the client and the transport provider.
Driver Marketplace does not handle, process, or secure any payments made to independent providers.
6. Provider Listings
Providers must ensure that all profile information submitted to the Marketplace remains accurate, truthful, and updated.
Driver Marketplace retains the authority to modify, approve, or delete listings at its own discretion.
7. User Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Providing fraudulent information.
- Misrepresenting themselves as another entity or person.
- Distributing harmful, illegal, or deceptive content.
- Attempting to breach the security of the Marketplace.
- Disrupting the platform's operational integrity.
- Utilizing the Marketplace for any illegal activity.
8. Intellectual Property
All platform components, including branding, logos, text, software architecture, and design, are the exclusive property of Driver Marketplace or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
While drivers keep ownership of their submitted content, they grant Driver Marketplace a non-exclusive license to use and display that material within the platform.
9. Reviews
Users may post reviews based on authentic personal interactions.
Driver Marketplace reserves the right to moderate or remove content that is found to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of our community standards.
10. Disclaimer
Driver Marketplace provides no guarantees regarding:
- Driver availability or punctuality
- The mechanical state of vehicles
- Accuracy of pricing
- Overall quality of service
- Passenger safety or suitability
All service selections are made at the customer's sole discretion and risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Driver Marketplace is not liable for any injuries, delays, accidents, financial losses, or conflicts resulting from services rendered by independent providers.
12. Indemnification
Users agree to defend and hold harmless Driver Marketplace, its staff, and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising from their platform usage or breach of these Terms.
13. Suspension and Termination
Driver Marketplace may restrict or terminate access to the platform for any user who violates these Terms or engages in behavior detrimental to the community.
14. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately once posted to our website.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any legal disputes shall be handled within this jurisdiction.

Independent Transportation Providers
Driver Marketplace is an online marketplace that connects customers with independently owned and operated transportation providers. Each driver or transportation company listed on this Marketplace operates as an independent business and is not an employee, partner, joint venturer, franchisee, or agent of Driver Marketplace.
No Transportation Services Provided
Driver Marketplace does not own, operate, or control the vehicles listed on this Marketplace and does not provide transportation services. All transportation services are provided solely by the independent driver or transportation company selected by the customer.
Customer Choice
Customers are solely responsible for selecting the transportation provider that best meets their needs. Driver Marketplace does not assign or dispatch drivers and does not determine which provider a customer chooses.
Pricing and Payments
All prices, fees, quotes, payment methods, invoices, cancellations, refunds, and other financial transactions are determined and handled directly between the customer and the independent transportation provider. Driver Marketplace is not a party to these transactions unless expressly stated otherwise.
Driver Responsibility
Each transportation provider is solely responsible for:
Maintaining all required licenses, permits, and registrations.
Maintaining any insurance required by applicable law.
Operating and maintaining their vehicle(s).
Complying with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Providing safe, professional, and lawful transportation services.
Managing customer payments, taxes, refunds, and business operations.
Verification
Driver Marketplace may review or verify certain information submitted by transportation providers; however, any verification performed by Driver Marketplace should not be interpreted as a guarantee of a driver's qualifications, licensing status, insurance coverage, vehicle condition, availability, or performance. Customers are encouraged to conduct their own evaluation before booking transportation services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Driver Marketplace shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, damage, delay, accident, dispute, misconduct, property damage, personal injury, financial loss, or other claim arising from or relating to services provided by an independent transportation provider.
Any disputes regarding transportation services, pricing, cancellations, refunds, or service quality must be resolved directly between the customer and the independent transportation provider.
No Guarantee
Driver Marketplace does not guarantee the availability, quality, reliability, punctuality, safety, or suitability of any transportation provider listed on the Marketplace.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing the transportation provider's profile, confirming pricing and services, and determining whether the provider meets their individual needs before entering into any agreement.
Marketplace Changes
Driver Marketplace reserves the right to approve, suspend, remove, or refuse Marketplace listings at its sole discretion and may modify Marketplace features, policies, or requirements at any time.
